Rather than having a fixed/exclusive roster of directors like most shops, we prefer to keep things a bit more fluid.  Sure we have our regulars that we work with, but engaging new talent, not only do we become better, but we are able to present strong options for a wide range of work.   Plus, this allows "our" directors to
